During your 14-day free trial, you will have full access to Contract Cloud’s features, including contract uploads, risk analyses, and AI-powered contract review. Your trial includes an allocation of 2,000,000 tokens for interactions with our bespoke Large Language Model (LLM). Each time you use the AI features, tokens will be deducted from this allocation. Once your tokens are exhausted, AI-powered features will be unavailable unless you subscribe to a plan. File upload limits also apply during the trial, including a limit of 15 files that may be stored in the Document Management System (DMS) at any one time.

After your 14-day free trial ends, you will need to choose a subscription plan to continue using Contract Cloud. If you do not subscribe within a further 14 days, your account will be deactivated and your information removed. If you choose to subscribe, your account will remain active and you can continue using all features without interruption.

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time. You can do this by clicking the upgrade link at the top of your screen when you log in, or by contacting us at info@contractcloud.com.au. If you upgrade, the new rate will be applied immediately.
